In 2023, the brewery set out to create a beer tailored to discerning drinkers — combining heritage, taste, and brewing innovation. This came to fruition in 2025 with the launch of Shiraz Lager, an unfiltered and unpasteurised lager crafted for character and clarity.
Although Shiraz is widely known as a popular wine grape, fewer realise it takes its name from the ancient city of Shiraz in Iran (Persia). Over time, the name has become detached from its cultural and geographical origins.
